At GameProductions, we believe your information belongs to you. Every app we build is designed to keep your data private from the start. You have full control over your financial, social, and personal details. We never sell or share your personal details with other companies.
We use Passkeys to let you sign in securely using your device's fingerprint, Face ID, or hardware security key. We never see or store your biometric data.Verification happens entirely on your local device, and our servers only receive cryptographic confirmation. For complete transparency, full authenticator metadata (AAGUID, transports, and manufacturer details) and audit logs are visible in your security dashboard.
When you connect external providers like Discord or Google, we only save the basic information needed to identify you (name and avatar). Active sessions include geolocation indicators, Cloudflare Ray IDs, IP addresses, and browser details to help you audit account access. Any security enforcement is paired with a transparent tracking reference code (e.g. FS-XXXX-XXXX) and plain-English explanations.
Our hardware sidecar agent (foundation-agent) communicates outbound to Foundation via zero-trust architecture. It reports high-level hardware utilization (CPU, memory, uptime) and local container operational status. No private file contents, database payloads, or external network ports are ever exposed.
All GameProductions systems adhere to strict data retention policies. When an account or service is scheduled for decommission, all associated records are placed in a 14-day recovery window before being permanently and irrecoverably purged across databases and cold storage backups.
